KUTING is a group of writers for children made up of people from various fields.
We have journalists, university professors and lecturers, a doctor, homemakers, visual artists, writers for TV, college students, an analyst, freelance writers and many more.
Most of us have published one or several books for children, and quite a few have won numerous literary awards.
We have come together to support one another as writers, push for writers' rights in the children's book publishing industry, and share with each other opportunities for growth as Filipino children's book authors.
